Barista - Full Time

Barista contributes to service standards by preparing beverages and food orders, delivering prompt, enthusiastic service, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Responsibilities include providing quality beverages and products, handling cash/credit procedures and paperwork, taking telephone orders, guiding guests within the resort, supporting other food and beverage areas, and upholding Fairmont’s luxury brand promise and guest-focused experience. Requires strong communication, teamwork, English literacy, and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations; sanitation certification and Food Handlers card are required. Prior restaurant experience is preferred; high school education or equivalent is required. Ability to learn quickly, build relationships, and deliver excellent customer service is essential.
