Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measure systems while issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne bottles. Maintain bar cleanliness, stock ice and glassware, wash soiled items, and transport supplies to the set-up area. Process all payments, count the bank, resolve discrepancies, and secure storage areas for liquors and coolers. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure adherence to safety policies and company standards. Complete closing duties and maintain professional appearance throughout the shift.
