Job Summary
Delight customers by greeting them professionally and efficiently prepare a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using correct methods and equipment. Share menu stories, provide recommendations, and follow allergen procedures while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar in line with cleaning schedules and COSHH standards. Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, use till systems for payments, and resolve customer issues or complaints. Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines, assist on other tasks as needed, and adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective.
