Job Summary
Assist with restaurant service periods and tend to guests, delivering service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure daily checklists are completed with attention to detail. Handle general enquiries and create meaningful guest experiences tailored to guests’ requirements. Support the Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks and build relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service to enable future bookings. Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. License or Certification: RSA. Working rights in Australia. Bring enthusiasm to a fast-paced environment, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude.
