Deliver exceptional customer service, prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards, and recommend products to support store sales. Operate tills accurately, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and follow food safety and allergen procedures. Monitor product quality and temperature records while supporting your team during busy periods and covering key trading times. This part-time role offers 8–24 hours per week with flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel periods. Hourly rates range from £8.05 to £12.80 depending on age. Full training is provided for new hires, with opportunities for career progression and access to an extensive online learning library.
