Deliver exceptional customer service, prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards, and support store sales through confident up-selling. Operate tills and process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures, monitor product quality and temperature records, and support your team during busy periods and key trading times. This role offers flexible shift patterns ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week, with an average full-time shift of 8 hours.
