Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of tidiness and guest satisfaction. Work flexibly on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, utilizing current RSA certification to deliver safe, elegant service that reflects the signature elegance of Sofitel.
Required Qualifications
- Current RSA certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and tea preparation
- Proficiency with coffee machines, grinders, and barista tools
