Barista

Barista at Pret A Manger in Chicago responsible for coaching and training team members on Barista Prepared Drinks, delivering drinks within the 60-second service standard, and maintaining Pret’s training materials and standards. Will lead briefs, ensure training is up to date, and model Pret’s Barista Prepared Drinks knowledge. Focus on creating excellent guest experiences, engaging with customers, and driving sales while maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards. Must have at least 1 year of Barista experience with espresso-based drinks, strong teamwork and communication, reliability, and punctuality. NYC Food Handlers Card is preferred. The role requires standing for extended periods and performing physical duties consistent with a fast-paced cafe environment.
