Job Summary
Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to company standards while taking accurate customer orders and operating the point-of-sale system. Handle cash and payment transactions, maintain a clean and organized store, and restock products as needed. Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment, following Starbucks standards for quality, safety, and security. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons to create a welcoming experience. This role requires flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, with at least one day of weekend availability. No previous experience is required; reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
