Job Summary
Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and café drinks across multiple QSR counters while managing pastry, gelato, and pizza service. Set up stations, replenish displays with allergen separation, and maintain FIFO standards for all items. Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans per guest specifications, operate the POS system accurately, and clean work areas per health agency guidelines. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume and perform other duties as assigned. Requires 1+ year barista experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination. Hourly rate is $19.00 plus tips with flexible onsite hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, ovens, drink blender, juicer and Point of Sale
- Dexterity for rapid and consistent espresso creation
- Please be prepared to provide proof of fully Covid-19 vaccination upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred
- High school diploma preferred
