Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service by preparing and serving beverages and food consistently following recipe standards. Work all café positions, including cross-training in kitchens to make food to order, while keeping spaces clean, safe, and stocked with necessary ingredients. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas. Maintain knowledge of coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks to ensure every guest feels like an old friend. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays to work at least 22 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
