Barista at Dexterra Group responsible for greeting customers, preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (espresso drinks, teas, specialty drinks), and light food items; handle cash, card, and mobile payments via POS; maintain a clean, organized coffee bar and comply with food safety guidelines; monitor inventory, restock as needed; communicate effectively to support a positive team environment; learn menu and promotions; assist with opening and closing duties; flexible weekends/holidays; training provided; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and customer-service skills.
