Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service while preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items. Accurately handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, monitor inventory, and assist in opening and closing duties as required. Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu, products, and promotions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
