Job Summary
Open and close the store, manage cash handling, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Deliver high-quality coffee beverages and food products while maintaining a clean workspace. Support high-volume periods by anticipating customer needs and providing exceptional service across all team locations. Maintain a welcoming environment and interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous work experiences
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift/carry moderate weights (20-30 lbs)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
