Open and close the department, setting up provisions and tools, cleaning all equipment and surfaces, securing doors, and reporting to the manager before leaving the shift. Manage stock, maintain work surfaces, and keep ice, glassware, and paper supplies on hand. Clear the bar and tables of dirty utensils, ensuring cleanliness of the bar, counter, tables, and tools per guidelines. Follow and apply all chain safety policies, reporting maintenance issues, accident risks, or injuries while completing required safety training. Maintain a clean and professional uniform, uphold confidentiality, and support colleagues with dignity and respect. Accept and recognize clients according to company standards, answer phones with appropriate etiquette, and perform other tasks requested by supervisors.
