Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Input orders into the cash register and MICROS system, prepare coffee beverages, and bus cart areas and tables. Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, and equipment throughout the shift. Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure the bank. Obtain change required for expected business levels. Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies.
