Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors. Set up and stock work areas, input orders into the cash register, and collect payment from customers. Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Bus coffee cart areas, clean dishes, utensils, tables, and equipment throughout the shift. Obtain change for expected business levels, count the bank at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure bank receipts. Ensure all appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Follow company and safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
