Job Summary
Production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes according to standardized recipes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes, with responsibilities including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, sanitation, and operating/maintaining specialized kitchen equipment. Identify ingredients/finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues promptly. Ensure safety and sanitation, assist with health department or external regulatory inspections, and create personalized customer experiences while fulfilling highly specific requests. Ability to multitask across duties, and perform service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service and cash handling experience.
