Job Summary
Produce intricate beverage recipes using specialized kitchen equipment while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that fail quality standards, and perform effective service recovery for customer expectations. Multitask duties including cash handling, stocking, and recipe preparation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections. Operate and troubleshoot equipment issues or refer them to leadership. Create personalized experiences for customers while demonstrating product knowledge and fulfilling specific requests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to identify ingredients/finished products that do not meet established quality standards
- Must maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Must be able to operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve or refer to leadership
- Must be able to perform effective service recovery if the products do not meet the customer's expectations
- Must comply with the MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category
- Must be able to create an excellent experience for the customer
- Must be able to create personalized experiences for the customers while demonstrating knowledge of products and accuracy in fulfilling highly specific customer requests
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service and cash handling experience
