Execute daily barista duties by creating a positive guest experience through high-level service and consistently completing assigned tasks with excellence and attention to detail. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures, including food safety and handling, ensuring strict compliance with codes and standards. Hit targeted ticket times while generating sales growth by executing local restaurant marketing and catering initiatives. Operate under a probationary period with daily training to master the all-day menu and operational processes.
