Job Summary
Greet customers, process regular orders, and crush high-volume rushes while maintaining a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Wipe up spills immediately, rearrange pastry displays for aesthetic presentation, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain a professional, reliable presence in our Park Slope and Industry City cafes, serving both families and corporate clients. Food handler certification is required. Base wage ranges from $16 to $20 per hour plus tips, with a performance-based increase after three months. Weekends are mandatory.
