Job Summary
Prepare all beverages and food to meet specifications while proactively suggesting new drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries to improve the customer experience. Maintain a positive image for customers and coworkers by ensuring excellent service and adhering to company policies, safety rules, and daily shift checklists. Follow cash handling procedures accurately and alert management to operational needs, equipment failure, or necessary improvements. Ensure the store interior and exterior meet sanitary, safety, and aesthetic requirements by managing par levels. Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and work skills, applying that learning to operations.

- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to communicate through different communication channels, including email, phone, project management software, and conference calls (if necessary)
