Job Summary
Prepare all beverages and food to meet specifications while proactively suggesting new drinks, enhancements, and pastries to improve the customer experience. Maintain a positive image for customers and coworkers by exuding impeccable service qualities and encouraging safe work practices. Ensure the store meets sanitary, safety, and aesthetic requirements through daily shift checklists and par level maintenance. Follow cash handling procedures accurately and alert management to operational needs, equipment failures, and necessary improvements. Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and work skills, applying that learning to operations.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to communicate through different communication channels, including email, phone, project management software, and conference calls (if necessary)
