Job Summary
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and food items according to recipes and standards while operating POS systems to process cash, debit, and credit transactions. Greet customers positively, assist with menu selections, and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment, conduct daily quality checks, restock products, and support retail sales of accessories. Assist with opening and closing procedures, collaborate with team members, and transport inventory between store locations when necessary. Employees may be scheduled for varying shifts based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or currently in progress
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow recipes and beverage standards accurately
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Knowledge of coffee and food service terminology is a plus
