Job Summary
Barista / Café Attendant needed to provide friendly customer service while preparing and serving beverages and food items. Responsibilities include preparing hot, iced, and blended drinks per recipes, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, restocking, handling customer orders, and ensuring safety standards. Requires ability to stand for shifts, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior barista experience preferred but not required. Location: Raleigh, NC (part-time role)
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and move throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high product standards
- Customer-focused with a positive, personable attitude
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record required
- Prior barista experience preferred but not required
