Job Summary
Make consistent, exceptional coffee and assist in food preparation while preparing and serving various beverages and food items. Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, and ensure accurate sales recording with careful cash handling. Manage inventory, stock, and requisitions while operating fully manual espresso machines. Work full-time, five days per week, averaging 30 hours weekly with flexibility required during peak winter season. This seasonal role supports SkiJapan.com's café teams in Hakuba, Japan, offering staff accommodation and a corporate lift pass discount.
