Job Summary
Prepare personalized hot and iced beverages following Kozy standards while mastering latte art and offering precise coffee advice on origin and fermentation. Welcome and retain customers by recommending drinks based on taste profiles and maintaining a clean, warm environment. Manage bar inventory by receiving, checking, and storing coffee, tea, chocolate, and milk supplies. Ensure equipment cleanliness and uphold punctuality while maintaining composure during high-volume rushes. Work a continuous day shift with a monthly schedule, earning a base salary starting at 2240€ gross per 41-hour week plus generous tips.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a barista
- Customer service focus
- Mastery of latte art
- Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages according to standards
- Ability to receive, control, and stock bar supplies
- Ability to ensure cleanliness of the bar and equipment
- Knowledge of the company's history and values
- Punctuality

- Minimum proficiency in English
