Barista

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to internal and external customers while adhering to Brodstone Healthcare's mission, vision, values, and standards of behavior. Educate customers on the coffee menu, answer questions, and sell drinks using prescribed recipes and techniques. Maintain equipment operation, replenish coffee bean supplies, restock brewing equipment, and prepare orders for distributors. Operate the cash register following proper handling procedures, generate revenue through seasonal promotions, and follow state and federal food codes. Complete departmental meetings and in-services, obtain Serv Safe certification within six months, and work as a PRN barista including Saturdays.
