Barista

The Barista role involves delivering fast, friendly service to customers and creating a memorable experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, educating on products, suggesting gift cards and merchandise, processing orders and payments, managing cash drawer, serving drinks per recipes and guidelines, delivering orders within speed-of-service targets, keeping store equipment and areas clean, restocking and maintaining workflows, and showing genuine appreciation to customers. Key traits: passionate about people and customer service, team-oriented, dependable, energetic, quick learner, able to solve problems and multitask. Training will align with Scooter's Coffee brand recipes and techniques; franchisees set terms of employment.
