Job Summary
Craft handcrafted espresso beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while maintaining quality standards during busy periods. Greet customers warmly, operate the point-of-sale system, and expedite orders to serve food and beverages. Keep the coffee bar, pastry displays, and general café environment clean, stocked, and welcoming through routine cleaning tasks. Pitch in wherever needed across cashier, expeditor, and floor support roles to support the collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous barista experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continue learning
- A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
