Job Summary
Barista role at BIGGBY® COFFEE in the Dayton metro area (Dayton and Monroe, OH). Responsibilities include promoting coffee and merchandise, educating customers, preparing and serving a variety of coffee/tea drinks, and delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment. Positions available for part-time shifts (15-35 hours per week) with opportunities for growth into management and shift leadership. Flexible schedule with early morning and afternoon shifts; experience in specialty coffee is a plus but not required as training is provided. Compensation includes competitive hourly wage plus daily tips. Must be 18+ and able to work across multiple store locations in the Greater Dayton area.
