Barista

Provide courteous, high-quality coffee service at BigFoot Java, educating customers on beverage menus and taking orders. Greet customers, perform day-to-day barista operations, keep the stand clean, report maintenance needs, ensure product quality, handle cash and operate the POS, comply with health and safety regulations, and complete shift financial reporting. Deliver consistent customer experiences, work solo or with others, address customer challenges with excellent service, relay customer feedback to managers, and contribute to team morale. Must be enthusiastic about coffee, possess a strong work ethic, and be willing to grow with the team. Barista duties also include staying knowledgeable about products, maintaining equipment, and supporting a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. High school diploma or GED and availability for peak hours are required; coffee experience is preferred.
