Barista

Barista at BigFoot Java responsible for educating customers on beverage menus and taking orders, greeting customers, and performing day-to-day stand operations. Tasks include cash handling, POS operation, maintaining cleanliness, reporting maintenance needs, ensuring health and safety compliance, completing shift financial reporting, delivering consistent quality beverages, serving customers solo or in teams, addressing customer challenges with strong service, and sharing feedback with managers to influence menu items. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, basic computer skills, good communication and a positive attitude; being 18+ is required and coffee experience is preferred but not required.
