Job Summary
Dial in grinders for all blends and single origins to brand standard, open and close the coffee section independently, and maintain consistent speed of service and coffee quality in a fast-paced environment. Pour basic latte art, understand alternative milks, and assist across all working aspects of the venue while developing an understanding of at-home brewing methods. Deliver great hospitality with a positive attitude, represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters professionally, and actively contribute to team-driven results through continuous self-improvement and problem-solving under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- some experience in a high-volume, quality coffee environment
