Barista/Bartender

Provide polished, brand-aligned beverage service as a Barista/Bartender at The Cake Bake Shop. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standardized recipes, mastering beverage presentation, and offering informed recommendations and pairings. Greet guests, take orders, manage bar tabs and payments via POS, maintain bar-top cleanliness, restock garnishes and bar supplies, and ensure timely service of drinks and bar food. Adhere to Steps of Service, communicate guest concerns to leadership, and maintain professional appearance and brand standards. Demonstrate expert knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, while delivering a refined guest experience and proactive service under tipping expectations and wage guidelines.
