BARISTA ATTENDANT

Barista Attendant at Town Pump, primarily assigned to the STONE HOUSE COFFEE SHOTS within Town Pump convenience stores. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, cash handling and accounting, stocking and rotating merchandise, coffee counter sales and preparation of espresso-based beverages, lattes, frappes, and other coffee combinations per recipes, operating the cash register, handling shift paperwork, answering phones, maintaining the storefront and seating areas, and upholding safety and vendor procedures. Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build customer relationships, suggest products, and ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety manuals and price books.
