Job Summary
Prepare hot and cold drinks and execute basic cafe food prep, including cupcake and cookie preparation, while maintaining a clean and tidy work area. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and interact with customers regularly and professionally. Ensure product knowledge is accurate and applied during service. This part-time role supports our 14-person team at Sugar Blossom Bake Shop in San Clemente, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista, or in a hands on cafe or bakery
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Customer service experience
