Job Summary
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations. Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
