Job Summary
Conduct daily coffee service and operations at South Bay locations while participating in a comprehensive paid apprenticeship program that trains new hires from the ground up. Master signature coffee-making techniques and luxury product standards under expert supervision, with the potential to advance into management or work across different parts of the company. Maintain flexibility to work 25-30 hours per week, including shifts any day of the week, and submit a cover letter explaining your passion for the coffee industry.
