Job Summary
Operate as a barista in our specialty coffee roastery, executing signature coffee-making techniques and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Participate in our comprehensive, paid apprenticeship program where expert trainers guide you through all operational procedures. Work flexible shifts across our Westside locations, averaging 25-30 hours per week, while contributing to our small-batch roasting and luxury artisanal coffee initiatives.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
