Prepare beverages and food for guests according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredient control to maintain consistent product quality. Maintain clean and organized work areas by setting up the bar and back bar per established procedures. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Perform pre- and post-shift side work including stock service and coffee preparation. The role requires at least six months of F&B customer service experience with cash handling skills.
