Prepare beverages and food to guests according to standard operating procedures while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Perform pre and post-shift side work including stock service and coffee preparation. Maintain a professional image and provide prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the hotel's financial goals within the Food and Beverage department at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest.
