Job Summary
Greet and connect with each customer while welcoming questions and educating them on products. Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary products, and merchandise, then solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments. Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, delivering products within established speed of service. Manage the cash drawer following established procedures and operate all store equipment while maintaining cleanliness of coworker and customer areas. Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies. Work M-F 5:00am-8:00pm and Sat-Sun 6:00am-8:00pm in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of barista or fast-food experience preferred
- Someone who shows up on time and is dependable
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability
