Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks; maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality; manage café equipment and mise en place; follow established recipes while adding creativity; uphold hygiene and HACCP standards; collaborate with service and kitchen teams for seamless execution across restaurants, banquets, and events; handle guest dietary preferences and feedback with care; demonstrate initiative to develop skills and knowledge of coffee, tea, and café operations under guidance from senior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or fine dining environment
- Certification or training in Barista skills or Hospitality is preferred
