Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items, including soufflé pancakes, and craft beverages while maintaining consistent quality and timely service. Operate kitchen equipment safely, monitor cooking times, and ensure proper portion control and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, follow all food safety regulations, and prevent cross-contamination. Assist with ingredient preparation, restocking, and opening/closing procedures while communicating effectively during peak hours. Support team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Food Handler Certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to stand for periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to four hours
- Must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to manage challenging or high-pressure situations with composure
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Must be available for Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays
