Job Summary
Prepare coffee, espresso, and other hot and cold beverages to high quality standards while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately, managing customer orders efficiently during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area, strictly following company standards for food safety. Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements as needed. Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, and excellent communication skills. Age requirement is 23–40 years.
