Job Summary
Price and tag incoming softline and hardline goods, including clothing, household, and furniture items, to achieve maximum donation returns. Barcode and scan garment brand labels, completing three racks per hour while maintaining high quality and accurate pricing. Process donations, assist customers, and stock the sales floor as assigned. Maintain a neat work area and follow all safety policies and customer service guidelines. Requires proficiency in production software, the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and strong attention to accuracy. Cross-training opportunities exist for Processor Trainee and Donation-Utility Associate roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess professional etiquette
- Must complete 3 Racks every hour (input/tagged/branded)
- Must generate $7,500.00 in store sales from items barcoded during every two week production period to be bonus eligible
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including night, weekends and occasionally long hours
- Vision corrected to within normal limits
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
- Customer Service Ability to meet customer needs, understand their concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner
- Honesty/Integrity Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace
- Technical Must be proficient in using current production software to complete the duties of the position
- Sound and Timely decisions Using knowledge and experience to make sound decisions that will impact business goals and strategies; creates an environment where other Leaders and/or Team Members are empowered to make decisions
