Job Summary
Manage daily shop operations, oversee schedules and inventory, and lead team meetings to ensure client satisfaction. Mentor barbers and stylists, solve on-the-fly challenges, and collaborate with district leaders to maintain smooth execution. Handle hiring, profit and loss practices, and financial oversight while building a strong, uplifting culture. Full-time role with flexible evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland cosmetology or barber license
- 3+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of management experience in any industry OR 1+ years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
- Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings/nights
