Job Summary
Conduct daily barbering and styling services while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Maintain in-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness to ensure every guest leaves feeling and looking their best. Manage shift work flexibility and adapt to changing schedules as part of the full-time or part-time team. Enjoy tiered performance-based pay, retail and service commissions, plus daily cash tips with guaranteed clientele. Full-time members earn $19/hr with benefits after six months, including RRSP matching, vacation pay, and health/dental coverage. Required Qualifications
