Job Summary
Conduct haircuts, shaves, and styling services while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Manage daily client flow across multiple shifts with flexibility for on-call rotation, utilizing tiered performance-based pay, service commissions, and daily cash tips. Maintain industry knowledge and trend awareness to ensure every guest leaves feeling and looking their best. Required Qualifications
- Licensed, Experienced, and Apprentice Barber or Hairstylist
- Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist
